Want to make a return?

Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied with the items that they have ordered, with Allergy Ease. We want to know the reason for the return, depending on the condition of the product.

*Please note, that all items must be in the original way unwashed and unworn.

• If you would like to return an item, you have 1-5 days to do so.
• If a product is damaged during the shipment, or you received the wrong order, we can send a replacement as soon as possible. But you have to send back the product unwashed and unworn.
• If an item is purchased at an expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
